Will the product still be exactly mine?

Yes — this is our hard limit: we do not redraw your product. We improve the light, the background, the sharpness and the styling, but the shape, colour and label stay exactly as in your photos. A customer who receives something other than what they saw sends the parcel back.

I need a true white background for a marketplace. Possible?

Yes, and it ships by default: pure white background compliant with marketplace requirements, cleanly cut out, at the dimensions you need.

I only have one photo — is that a blocker?

No, but the result will be more limited: with a single view we cannot show the product from several angles. Three photos unlock everything, and they take two minutes to shoot.
